Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING: Rates are calculated during checkout based on package weight, package size, and delivery address zip code.

DELIVERY TIME: Typically 2-5 business days via USPS or UPS. You will be notified by email of any stock issues or shipping delays.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please call our office to arrange for date specific delivery. Express services are available for an additional charge. Office: 410-670-4450.

CORRECT SHIP TO ADDRESSES: We will not be responsible for packages that are undeliverable and/or returned to us due to incorrect addresses on the original order. A second shipping charge will be incurred for any re-shipment of a returned package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We do not currently ship internationally through this website. You can call us to arrange shipping and pricing at 410-670-4450.

SAFE DELIVERY LOCATION: We ship with UPS and USPS. Please be sure that your packages are being delivered to a safe location (perhaps have the package sent to your place of business if you are not home during the day). If the package ends up missing AFTER we receive delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS, the package will not be re-shipped without a complete 2nd set of charges including the items and the shipping fees. There is no way to make an insurance claim after UPS or USPS records delivery confirmation.
